(A combined collection of Tagore songs in traditional style and with Classical Bandishes by Sounak), was released by top brand Audio Company of India, Times Music, at Park Street Music World on the 8th of May, 2010 (24-shey Boishaakh). The chief guests who were present at the launch were --

The event was followed up with a live concert by Sounak at the Weavers Studio Centre for The Arts in Kolkata. Renowned poet Joy Goswami had sent an introductory note on Sounak and his ideas on fusing Rabindrasangeet with Classical music.
In the album, Sounak covers a large range of songs, starting with Dhrupad ang, fusing songs with Khayal and Thumree, a comic number by Tagore, and his own classical compositions to crown the effects alongwith traditional devotional and love songs
