While Scottie Pippen missed the game due to his ankle injury, Michael Jordan led the bulls at both ends of the floor. In the first half, he sometimes devoted his energies to defending Charles Barkley, putting him under 8 points.

MJ : 45pts(FG 16-31, 3PT 1-2, FT 12-13), 6reb, 11ast, 3stl, 3blk

  • If I remember right Pippen missed the game because his father passed away. Just some info to pass along if people wanted to know why Pippen wasn't playing.

  • jordan's handle from 1:20 to 1:26 fuckin sick man. the guy by himself invented the modern dribble used by all the so called elite two guards today....and none of those motherfuckers mastered it like jordan did

  • damn mj's ball handling is so underrated

  • 3:26 Love it. What does Jordan do when he gets clobbered by Rick Mahorn? He blows a bubble from his gum on his way to sinking 2 free throws. Determined, yet totally carefree.

  • AMAZING! I think this is one of my favorite of Jordan games.

  • this is real dominance!! REAL!! on both ends of the floor,

people simply forget how amazing he was, thats why they come up with stupid comparisons. As far as I can see, only Michael Wilbon knows how superior to present players MJ was. Its just whole different level

  • Jordan's game is so far ahead of it's time, he should be driving around Chicago in a Silver DeLorian with a flux capacitor in it!! It's amazing that compared to MJ, even an all-time legend like Barkley looks like some chubby kid from the playground in this game!!

  • 2:38 .... smart smart defensive play wow thats just pure clever what a way to confuse not only the foward down low but also the passer....amazing

  • What no lay-up rule?

    Jordan showed em' up

  • @waffleirontmacsplat

agreed...the pioneer and complete and utter MASTER of the in/out dribble

  • Jordan is the most committed athlete I have ever seen! He takes professional to an absurd level!

  • James Brown is an absolutely horrendous play by play man. Jordan was making insane play after insane play and all I hear is a monotone voice. A performance like this deserves better.
