Well, I guess if you put it that way…lol. But technically speaking, ‘No’! The Act: It’s the mating season; and homo-sapiens species in its primitive form gathered doing the ritualistic dance – essentially, to get noticed for the purpose intended (ideally, from the member of the opposite sex, that is).

It may seem a little vulgar to the somewhat more sophisticated forms of the variant societies developed from the same species though. In reality however, it’s a bunch of people enjoying themselves and dancing to the rhythm of the music appropriately in front of the cameras - with beautiful settings in the background. Isn’t it lovely? Wow!
