Anyone else notice Archie was voiced by the same guy that voiced Gumby in the early '60s and the late '80s?

They're sorta real... I have all their songs that have been released on CD (very first CD I ever baught was Archies Greatest Hits....almost 20 years ago). My mom was a huge fan of em in the 60's and 70's. Ron Dante is the lead singer of the Archies and last December released a new Archies christmas album with The Veronicas (an Australian duo that Archie comics were suing a couple years back for the rights to the name. They eventually settled out of court).
