What did he say? It sounded like he said he wouldn't do it if other nations didn't get involved. (China) Pretty much what Bush said. Pretty wise I think. It is useless to try to mop it up with a Q-tip all by ourselves if China and others aren't making equal sacrifices. It makes an uneven playing field any other way. Good Answer Mitt.
