This free Interstate runs right next to the New Jersey Turnpike.from the Delaware Memorial Bridge north. Yeah, you suffer a little more due to the rough pavement but traffic is always lighter. For some reason the cops are heavier on 295 than on the turnpike Heading north options include getting off at Bordentown and picking up the turnpike past the Pilot or continuing north until I-295 ends and go north on Rt. 1. Not a bad ride if you have decent shocks and a good detector.
Jesus christ man....ok Idk how many times I see these things..PUT THE RADAR DETECTOR HIGHER! It seems people don't understand how these things actually work.....Your not going going to be able to get as many signals if its aimed super low.....

@acidexpierence Moving it higher makes the radar receiver better but keeping it low makes the LIDAR signal easier to pick up since they aim for the front plate or headlight. Since LIDAR is much more deadly than K or Ka, I keep it low. The V1 works so well I doubt it makes much of a difference having it a foot higher.

You drove right past my exit #28. Those scenes are all too familiar. 295 is pretty boring and gets super congested between exits 32 and 34 at rush hour.

Oh yeah, I know where you mean. The turnpike is AFU usually during any rush hours especially below 4 where it is 2 lane, pacers. I sometimes take 295 and pass 28. Nver paid much attention before but I will now. Ahh, Jersey traffic.........
