Because Grass is bumpy and bumps are bad when u only have 2/3 wheels working on an F-86 sabre in motion.

Wyatt Fuller was killed when he failed to stop his F-86 Sabre after an engine problem during takeoff at the Hickory Regional Airport, NC.
It happened between 11:30 and 12 Noon on Monday, 24 July 2006.
It was a tremendous shock to those of us here who knew him.
