Shoegazing (also known as shoegaze) is a subgenre of alternative rock that emerged from the United Kingdom in the late 1980s. They named this style shoegazing because the musicians in these bands stood relatively still during live performances in a detached, introspective, non-confrontational state, hence the idea that they were gazing at their shoes.

Saw these guys when they supported my mate "Fuel" in Edinburgh. Same label "Nightshift" I think. Got this EP, really good.

Brilliant. Too bad that these few songs are everything they've ever made. I have heard many Creation/Sarah Records/Factory bands but they are somehow unique when it comes to this jangly, and yet gloomy, pop music.
