I think that is the nicest office I have ever seen.

Elites must have its reward for the fidelity with CO, but 3 or 5 rows its enough. Do you know how many Elites travel in the same flight? Almost 5 in coach... and thats too much... Thank you for your time. M.Martinez

Can you see that "non elites" are the people who travels almost the 75 or 80% of the flights and they are worried and "stressed" as they mention, because they cant assign seats at the same time as they booked a place in CO? They mention words like: "this policy doesnt make sense", "This is ridiculous", " I want my seats now", "the flight is overbooked?"...and other questions that PAX make. Mr Harry: I had the opportunity to work in XMT as bilingual agent. The company is amazing and pax of all the world love it. But I have a suggest for you and CO: the most frecuent calls that I received was for "seats". It was a headache for all of us because only people from USA are worried for its seats and they never understood Premium or Elite Members seats CO policy, and we neither.Why almost the half of the plane are reserved for this people? .....(continue nxt mssg)
