Try to keep that barbell traveling in a straight pattern. It will be impossible to be completely straight however a concious thought of it will promote a healthier workout. Your range of motion is tremendous. Your hips, knees, and feet in a straight line is optimal. When you squat up, look up and you will go up. Looking down sometimes leads to staying down.
