.I don't know why .. but I am perfectly ok with the thought of republican supporters not being ready for a pandemic. Seems the fatalities would end up improving the gene pool. TAKE THE PLEDGE republicans ... pledge to never use medicare .. please. Also welfare. Republicans should never use welfare. The ones that have themselves taken it or have family members that did .... pay back the money spent on you. Lead by example .. denounce welfare and medicare and pledge to never use them.

@ThoughtRipple Exactly, but other countries consider this more so than those of our nation. We never got that second bill of rights, but other countries did.
Pharmaceutical companies welcome these things because sickness brings profit. If you are on your last leg and have no money to get treatment for a 98% life saving solution, some will say you're out of gas.
Its not about the people, its about the profit. We can't know TOO much or we become a threat to their pockets.

Um... this is a lil old, but not really, to say that she obviously flip flopped on her position was correct, but Ron Paul was dead on... The Fed Gov wasted proportionately the same amount of money back in the 70's on the same swine flu scare which killed only 1 person and 20 some people died from the vaccination... This is an issue where people who were genuinely scared of it could have gotten the vaccine on their own... At least she voted for the stimulus Cenk, you should be happy about that.

She pressed for the money to be taken out of the bill... But you can count on it that she'll be the first one in line to get her swine flu shot, but then that means you'll not be geting yours. She's a dumb ass bitch

its funny cause cows contribute to 1/3 of the methane in the atmosphere
im not saying anything but...blame the cows

They didn't switch names they just switched philosophies.
oops.

*artificially added co2, obviously.

"See I disagree."
Alright, you're wrong then.
"But you are still ignoring how much Methane may play a part into the increase of CO2"
Key words, "may play", I've already said that it's possible that it's a much worst problem, or might turn into a bigger problem.
Right now, the facts leads me to the conclusion that co2 is a much bigger issue. Along with most scientists.
"Methane plays a double role in creating greenhouse gases."
So what? You don't think co2 affects the climate at all.
-
"Perhaps the atmosphere cant handle double Methane."
Key thing to remember here, you don't know shit about this.
We've had science done, facts checked and confirmed.
If it turns out that methane is worse, so be it.
"you can not compare parts per million or billion as being the only contributing factor to the warming."
I didn't, you clearly didn't understand the equation.
It was from the reply dealing with "methane produces a large portion of manmade co2" bullshit.
It belonged in the stimulus bill because the economy needs productive workers, but if they're sick, they're sure not productive, and might not show up to work at all for a while.
It might just be me, but healthy workers seems to be essential to a functioning economy.

"First let me say that the economic stimulus pack was supposed to be for the economy."
If everybody's sick and/or scared of getting sick, the economy goes into the crapper. Ergo: pandemic preparedness *is* important to the economy.
