How to feel good? Give some one something in such a way that you look good and you feel good and you can walk away and say I did my part. But this is not responsibility and do not make a real difference. This style is used by religious organizations to recruit people into giving their life to Jesus. But it is really about collecting money for the pastor and his croonies.
Investigate all things, especially the Church and the Economic systems of the world. Shave your hair to show you are a criminal in this world, and must redeem yourself through changing the world forever.
