no wonder buakaw so deadly. u gotta have an abusive trainer. but not hella carzy though, just hella aggressive and makes u get mad so u become a deadlier fighter.

trust me...back at the gym, his pad holder beats the crap out of him. i trained at porpramuk for a month....the one holding the pads in the vid is ruthless. if u don't keep your hands up he'll slap the shit out of u with the pad....... i wish all trainers were like him. he's an awesome coach.

nope this his how they train in por pramuk....didnt you see the hug b4 they started? hes a bit on the heavy side but i think hes wearing a belly pad....besides its hardcore training!

@embe225 you're wrong. this is an exhibition so the pad holder is purposely letting buakaw beat on him a bit to make it a better show. thai fighters are usually very respectful to their teachers.
