Arizona Desert Water Run

ImmigrationConversation.com presents "Arizona Desert Water Run."

This short film documents the day-long journey a group of Humane Borders volunteers takes into the Sonoran desert borderlands between Arizona and Mexico. Volunteers drive from Tempe, Arizona to Ajo, Arizona, where they meet a local rancher.

They travel to five water stations to refill jugs in the desert. There are many such groups along the U.S./Mexico border who leave water in the desert to prevent the deaths of those who dare to cross it.
