Plants will not deplete the oxygen in your apartment. Actually, they do the opposite by taking in carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen. They work as air purifiers too, resulting in better air quality. Great for apartment dwellers.

Hm.. thats debatable, the other person's commentwasnot completely false, it is true that plants do use oxygen at night although its not nearly enough to counteract with the amount it makes durring the day, i supose it depends on the photo-period?
