Ron Reseigh in concert at the Berkeley Community Theatre at the 4/41 Wurlitzer. Here, a medley of John Williams most famous movie scores, selections from "Star Wars".

Note: I have no idea why the video/audio goes out of sync after a little while - apologies to those who want to watch and listen at the same time...

  • that has got to be one of the best performances of luke/leia's theme...ever.

  • @Rfperz It's almost a joke among audiences; one day, I'm gonna play a program and insist there be a big barrel at the auditorium entrance...filled with Luden's cough drops!

  • Love that console!

  • @Rfperz He was so moved by the score he needed to check for hernia

  • @KE5RHD The latest6 starwars efforts pale to the originals

  • Very nice, Ron. 5 stars. Bravo!

Yes, Lucas wanted a space opera based on a 1930's-40's post silent movie sound track and the editing and transition style of an Akira Kurosawa movie. So a grand movie palace can capture that music feel of Star Wars in an almost mystical way.
