I lost20ibs in 3 days by drinking one bottle of water no pills and 1 small thing of yogurt lowfat 80 calories. It was hard but I did it and i was loose n weight fast seems like i peed it all out. lol but my family was telling me that wasn't good for my health im afraid to eat.

My wife bought for us at new years and year membership! She had just a baby and after that a car accident. She put on alot. Finally we took the challenge. She restricted her calories to like 1300 and did like an all tofu diet and did 40 min work outs 3 times a week in 2 months she lost 30 pounds. The stuff works when go the distance and sacrifice!

Alright people..it does work. but those expecting a pill that does ALL the weight loss for you are just stupid, you have to work out moderately and not eat junk food for it to work like you want it too. If you're using hydroxycut then do some form of cardio and don't eat the junk food and you will get results. I certainly did.
