Learn to be Thankful Even When You Don't Feel Like It

One morning I was taking my son and his friend to school and I know it was early and a lot of people HATE the morning, but I was amazed at this kids attitude. He was all negative and depressed and acting all downSo my son says, Whats wrong with you? And theres just this low groan that comes from the back seatAnd that got me going! Now Im not one of these overly positive people or anything like that, but Im learning how important it is to live THANKFUL lives! It changes my whole attitude when I choose to be grateful and live thankfully
And just like I told this kid that morning, we have SO MUCH to be thankful for! He was able to wake up in a house with a roof over his head. He got to eat breakfast that morning. I dont think HE agreed with me on this one, but he even got to go to SCHOOL and learn and expand his mind. Tons of kids all over the world never get that opportunity!
Look at this: My fingers and toes all work. I can breathe and exercise and move around. There is so much to be thankful for! Even this incredible country we live inhey, I know its not perfect, but do you know were living in the freest country in the history of the world? Were free to express ourselves and do whatever we want with our livesits incredible!
So instead of walking around all negative and allowing that to effect your entire outlook on life, why not choose to live thankfully today? Just give it a try! Its infectious! It will change you from the inside out!

You don't live in the "freest country in the world", I personally don't think there is such a thing. I've been to third world countries with more freedom. Everything else you said was spot on though, much respect!

we have MANY things to be thankful for no matter where we live - if we have eyes to see each and very blessing and to be thankful for even the smallest things in life, things we take for granted. Excellent video here and im thankful for it and it's wise message of truth . Be thankful ! = )

In comparison to the middle east and africa, yeah we have alot to be thankful for. But in comparison to Europe, well we don't. Actually, much of western and northern europe is far more free than america.

Yeah much of northern europe is socialist, though its the freest region in the world. Far more free than this country which is fascist. America is fascist, not just becoming fascist, its already made the leap, to fascism.
