@comunistarock It has two seperate mastervolumes.. Independent from the channels :) Great amp..

@comunistarock I own a Hayden Fallen Angel which I think has the same footswitch. Not only does it have switchable boost, so you get 4 channels - clean, clean + boost, dirty, dirty + boost but you also get switchable Master Volume 1 and Master Volume 2. You set the gain and volume on each channel. The perfect gigging amp! Ashdown now only make bass amps and Hayden do either the Mo Fo or the Hand Wired series. I believe the Hand Wired's have the same config as the FA. FAs pop up on ebay often.

@reasonbass- Do you know what power tubes you have in this Ashdown? thanks

@Sippin40oz1 It has the stock tubes that came with the amp....Either sovteks or Electro Harmonix. I want to get some JJ's for it.

@reasonbass Thanks man wouldnt recommend the E. Harmonix El34 my FA60 came with those and they dont sound very heavy at all. hence why was interested in your tubes!

@Sippin40oz1 I'm pretty sure they are EH's man. But like I said you should get a set of JJ Electronics in there. I a matched set put on my Mesa/Boogie 400+ Bass amp and the tone was incredible!

What kind of amp would you compare this to? I love ashdown bass amps, but i've never checked out the guitar amps. Would you say it sounds like a peavey 6160 or something? I need something to compare it to, i don't have many options when it comes to trying it myself. But it sounds really good :)

@TheRolfieboy its more like a mesa/peavey sound it think.
