This interview was conducted in Juba,Southern Sudan on the sideline of a meeting held by the panel of former African head of state on Sudan. This panel is headed by former South African President Thabo Mbeki. The other members of the panel on Sudan are former Nigerian Presidents: Olusegun Obasanjo and Abdulasalami Abubakar. This interview was done in French.

@rugangu1 His french is alright. he just has an accent and that's normal for even the french from france have their own accent. What strikes me is that it doesn't take long to age!
