I had an episode 2 wks ago after getting rainsoaked & had to use my epi-pen. The doctors consider me a diagnostic enigma.

I also have had episodes of exercise induced anaphylaxis. Not only that, I can get it anytime I am really mad, have fever, or anything that drastically raises my body temp. I also can get it if the opposite occurs and my body cools down too fast such as going from a warm environment into the cold. I have also gotten it after walking out in the rain. It doesn't happen everytime I am exposed to these triggers & I never know when it's going to happen. It's very strange & it sucks bigtime!!!
