@themehdiiscoming No, you left out the middle part. It doesnt say if you kill a soul it is as if you have killed all of mankind. It says: If you kill a soul, EXCEPT for a soul or FOR CREATING MISCHEIF, it is as if you have killed all of mankind. This means if you kill someone for creating mischeif the killing is not wrong. "mischeif" means doing something unislamic...look up the "mischeif" in arabic and find the same word elsewhere.
