see other videos of mine. Making a ceramic teapot, heritage box, porcelain flower, porcelain bowl, making a ceramic piggy bank, and I hope you like them.
My video called Making a ceramic piggy bank part 1 shows the Canopic Jars finished, glazed, and shows what they look like made from the student and the BABOON CANOPIC JAR that I make on the Canopic JarPart 2.
We are again making Canopic Jars in Ceramics 1 at Calabasas High School in California. The bottom of the jar is made from a pinch pot, on top of that are 1/2 inch fat coils stacked up to 7 inches. The heads are attached and then cut back off in a fancy notched cut so you can walk and the head won't fall off. Look at the Teapot video made by me, you can see the finished projects on that video.
Thank you for responding to the video, and I encourage you to work slowly, smoothing and connecting your projects well in ceramics. Watch the How to make a heritage box video of mine to learn about smoothing with Ribs, mitering edges when connecting walls of clay, and tapping side walls.
Her voice is sooooo annoying,I remember everything she says. lol. Very ecstatic woman. I'm 12.
