Re: Howard K. Stern Arrested and Charged (pt 2)

**PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION FIRST:**
I respect that people obviously have different opinions than me. I wouldn't have put the video up if I didn't. I also knew I was going to get responses to it. However, it is not necessary to name call, etc. I also think that Anna fans should be sharing a love of Anna and not always arguing about her death. Like many others before her, Anna's death will always be a subject of debate whether Howard is found guilty or not. We should share the positive fact that we love Anna. I know not everyone leaving a comment necessarily was a fan of hers, and just followed the case, I respect that too. But please, be mature and no name calling. I'd like to think that the majority of people are better than that and can actually debate something without sinking to the level of name-calling. (Video comments have been changed to have to be approved because people can't be mature about things).
Recently Howard K. Stern was charged with Conspiracy to commit murder. This is because he was an apparent enabler. Because of this they are holding him to the same standard of a doctor. Which is completely luidacris. Justice for Howard must be served. These are completely bunk charges, they are only using this high profile case to try and deter doctors from prescribing narcotics and people from using them. I was reading from something in this video as I am highly emotional about this issue and did not want to pull a Chris Crocker.

howard WAS an enabler... he let her be on like 5 or 6 different "nerve pills". you say you are on pain meds.... and others... but she was on WAY too many for her not to overdose. anyone can see that. if howard really cared, he would have insisted on her completing a detox center and not watch her basically " kill herself". i dont think he killed her... but he docs HAD to know because of the pharmisists being quo0ted as saying it would be "prescription suicide.

This is true... I have thought about it for a long time now and i no longer think he should even be charged... but i DO think the doctors should go down. What is your take on this?

I agree entirely. While their intentions may have been in the right place (to help her with pain and get over the insurmountable loss of Daniel) the line between patient and friend or patient and neighbour (I know Erosovich was her neighbour in L.A.) or whatever were clearly way too blurred. I don't think they're as evil as everyone is trying to make them seem but I definitely think what they did was gross misconduct.

I completely agree with you about pain meds. It's barbaric to allow a person to experience agonizing pain, when there is help available. I know people with such bad back pain from ruptured discs..they've tried suicide. When you're dealing with it on that level, just write the prescription....but as you said, it's difficult to find a good pain doctor (thanks to the government controls).

ok is it "possible" that the two doctors were working a scam together, first to get rid of MS. ANNA, then somehow get rid of Stern next? just a guess, and ALLEN please do not say anymore stupid things.

I don't know much about this case BUT would love to learn it ok.

If what I think may be true, then those two DR's were NOT friends at all.

I'd have to see them again, but I just remember seeing a lot that weren't even just making fun of her being loaded, they were just people ranting about how she was a waste of space and whatnot, usually they devoted a fair amount of their time to insulting someone they supposedly "couldn't care less about". If I don't give a shit about someone, chances are I'm not going to spend my time going out of my way to make a video ranting about them, unless it were someone/something that effected me.

I have noticed ALOT of videos that depicted Anna as an idiot/druggie/drunk have been removed from the web in the last year or so... there will alway be a few out there that nobody can do anything about. But, which ones are you referring to?
