Thanks haze. I will start looking into books. I purchased a book from amazon called the Way. I have not received it yet but I look foward toreading it and also other books on kabbalah.
Yeah you are supposed to read the books. If you want to know about the Creator. Do you want to try and understand your relationship with God? If you are interested then you should get the books and read and keep searching. They gave me insight into every facet of life. Even helped with understanding psychology and stuff by understanding the nature of man and how he was created, and for what purpose. I also study multiple religious paths and so far this has offered me the most.
Thank you for the response. But what am I suppose to do? Do I get the Zohar and Kabbalah books and read them? Thats what I am trying to figure out, because lets say I went to a buddhist or a hindu they will give me meditations and mantras. So in Kabbalah is it just basically studying the Zohar etc?
@Spiritualseeker86 It is vague because it has to be vague. The things talked about are things that have to be REALIZED and EXPERIENCED by each individual. No one can give your soul an experience. The system is designed so that you can come to desire this experience and then, God willing, experience it. No one can just awaken your soul for you. It is vague because its just explaining that these experiences exist. You are also meant to study to discover what lies beneath the "vagueness".
At the heart of the Kabbalah is meditation upon the letters of light, and the various combinations of... an excellent insight into this great secret is "The Secret In The Bible" by Tony Bushby. There is also the letters of light, from which meditation upon was written as direct inspiration of the Sephira Yetzira, etc.
Do you speak Aramaic? Have any basic familiarity with Hebrew? There's a LOT to learn as a prerequisite. The ideas here are watered down for the masses, but Laitman does a pretty good job, all things considered. Give it a rest if you don't like it. Pursue something that makes more sense to you
In order to understand Qabbalah, you must already have a higher spiritual understanding.
