  • competitive advantage is something, say a resource that allows your company to overcome competitive forces in a market place

obviously, it needs to be of value and rare, otherwise it will provide you with a state of competitive parity only

It is crucial that it will be difficult to re-create or duplicate, and there will be no close substitutes to it, otherwise it would provide you only with a temporary advantage, and not a sustainable one

    cool video, though

    thank you

It has saved me months and even money of having to go sit in a class room to learn a concept that you have explain in less than 5min. I wish more people will view your presentation. Thanks and keep up the great work. I will watch the other subjects.

  • and the easiest way to understand the competitive advantage is like, any website when you buy staff you get discount this one advantage, such ad sell items you don't own, but that are available in your market, by listing wholesaler products on a website that is updated with wholesaler availability, and that shares quantity discounts with your customers.

    regards wish that makes sense

  • true market food niche for asian and have a perfect taste... j40 (dot) in/jjpzAk

  • @JJbones88 this isnt just a business model, but a model that michael porter claims entire nations will adopt, and your local company isnt the issue, imagine any company that buys materials for production, the goods have to be of such a quality and the bottom dollar will always win, all the time, and it is not just about creating a good product for the price, when walmart RAISES their ketchup prices they sell more ketchup, because people are poor and want to spend more money to feel good about it

  • @jblev2 depends how you look at it, if you're business is higher priced yet you have better customer service and product knowledge you will get folks who appreciate this and shop at your store. however with only lower prices that attracts the bottom feeders. you have to choose your customers and be sure they fit the values of your company because if they don't they can be a waste of your time, plus will likely rarely be happy with you.

  • @JJbones88 Where there is competition and lower prices will always prevail

  • @jblev2 Such as
