Tribal fascism as dictated by the subjective whims of dishonest and dishonorable groups of people, who get psychologically and emotionally stroked by their irresponsible, outward focused harassment of people who are simply minding their own business. Its done by CCOPS, TIPS, INFRA-GUARD and is one of the most destructive reactionary programs now used against harmless human beings. Those 'less within their societies.'. There's nothing inherently wrong with communitarianism, necessarily - balance between individual rights and the community IS important. But this is being used as a trojan horse to absolutize oligarchic control.
