ABSOLUTELY NOT! The Communist Manifesto has your insane idea as a tenet! You are a COMMUNIST if you propose a graduated tax, and fortunately the Illinois Constitution would NOT ALLOW IT!

  • You have been in office for 8 years... You should of said/done this 8 years ago, not thinking about it now.

  • I think we need to have a graduated income tax. Those of us who make more should pay more. The schools are our future. We cannot cut funds to the schools. We need to pay for the repairs to our infrastructure. Cut the Governor's salary. Eliminate the Lt. Governor position. We need to start paying for the services that most expect to be free. Raise the cigarette taxes. I am willing to pay for the services that we expect. They are not and should not be free.
