  • Y u no play on ipad

  • @whocares318 I believe it can't be played on mobile devices because of the music. However, I also have a version with no audio, so you should be able to play that.

  • What is the name of the song ? / Quel est le nom de la chanson ?

  • @paulo38640 You're The Best by Joe "Bean" Esposito

  • @deadlift901 From Rocky III I believe.

  • @TheBradAlive "...the song was originally intended for the Rocky III soundtrack but was replaced by "Eye of the Tiger..." Karate Kid director John Avildsen liked the song so much he used it in the movie." (from the Wikipedia page for "You're the Best")

  • 1:40 bar bending like rubber pencil !

  • I trained with alot of power lifters and noticed that they put the bar on the rear delts rather than high on the traps ? As a bodybuilder my goals are a little different so i stopped putting it there.

Anyone else notice a little more leverage with the powerlifting position of the bar ????

  • So much motivation. Currently running a couple of his programs right now. Ed Coan is a true inspiration.

  • A top level powerlifter who actually squats to parallel

  • holy fuck he makes the lifts look easy

  • @karite36 Yeah I have yet to see anybody that can duplicate Ed's strength in powerlifting. The most remarkable thing is every lift he ever made was under 242 lbs. I remember when he was the first to total 2400, he was under 242 and nobody 275, 308, Superheavy had even hit 2400 yet. If Ed would have used muliply he'd have been king of that too. But hes definitely the strongest powerlifter ever.
