SAIYUKI PREMIUM 1 OVERVIEW

Saiyuki Premium is the first animated segment of the Saiyuki heroes (Son Goku, Cho Hakkai, Sha Gojyo, and Genjo Sanzo) journey west together.

The enter a small town entering the days of the Summer festival not knowing of Ensui, a youkai mad-scientist loyal to lady Koushou, had been waiting for them.

This OVA was first created and premiered in 1999 and is the only hand animated Saiyuki series.
