That's so funny. We glow over history channel reports of various natives who waste nothing then we see it as a sickness when industry tries to avoid waste by utilizing scrap pieces. I would like to see actual science on the nutritional (rather than aesthetic) implications of this process. For example, was there anything harmful used in the stabilizers? This type of rhetoric is manipulative in that it utilizes fear of the unknown rather than reason to argue its point.

Hey, genius, you've missed the point entirely.
What he's describing is mechanically separated chicken. Why is it terrible for you? Because it's soaked in ammonium hydroxide in order to kill the deadly bacteria that thrives on the process. Then it's artificially colored and ARTIFICIALLY FLAVORED. It's entirely unhealthy filler, which leads directly to diabetes, obesity, and heart problems, and selling it as actual food is deceptive and harmful. Please educate yourself.
