This is great Scooby!!! Thanks for taking the iniciative and interest in helping us less in shape to work out and correctly. I am using your push up method and I did notice the soreness on my shoulders and arms instead of my chest. I am interested in working on my chest, do you have vids on chest??? thanks and God Bless

Hey Scoob,
what do you think about Bo's and toe's?

Hi scoob great videos mate. Should my arms be shaking when i do pushups? After just 2 or 3 they shake quite a bit and the muscles seem to get tired really quickly.

hi , hello . i like your videos a lot thanks loads man.
but i got an injury which prevented me from doing push-ups a year ago ( fractured elbow )
my left arm doesn't stretch out too well. it's been a whole year i haven't practiced or done any kind of sports. how can i get back on track, i used to do 45 reps per 4 sets be4 the injury . now only 20 and going down in the later sets
