Minot Air Force Base Scrambles For Santa

December 24, 1987, KMOT-TV, Minot, ND - This story is among my favorite feature pieces I did in the 1980s. I got to combine a little poetry, Minot Air Force Base jets and Santa Claus all in one short package that aired on Chritmas Eve. Sure it's fluff -- but it's the kind of fluff that puts a smile on your face. It works today as it did back in 1987. Transferred from 3/4 inch videotape via ADVC 300 and into iMovie HD. Yea, i enjoyed working on 15's as a crewchief. Goin to minot in february tho, hopefully i like b52's. And the cold ass weather :-(
