navman my500xt fault video

bad navman software and hardware

i've called product support and i had to wait 15+ minutes to talk to a representative, and all he asked me to do is to restore it to factory defaults, when i've done that, he told me "there is nothing we can do about it untill the symptom shows up again"

and right after i've hang up the phone the navman is playing like that by itself again.
