She said Balisong. It's Filipino. Ask me another one.
-
And then she cuts off a finger.
-
they were obviously fake, but the Benchmade model 42's were discontinued, so it would take much longer to get one, and to get 2 it would take even longer. They would also have to pay $300+ for each knife.
-
@BurnLightningStorm lol yup pretty much
-
@akagamiyuwei15 are you filipino
-
@BaliBombshell maybe they used props so she wouldn't slash her fingers off
-
Duh, they didn't want the actress to bleed all over the place if she messed up :P
-
@GoldenShellback1 The blood sacrifice just shows respect.
-
It wouldn't matter if those balisongs were real, anyway. A butterfly knife isn't good for anything but looking cool while opening it and cleaning your fingernails. You want to really cause some damage, go for a Jimmy Lile survival knife
-
@natesblades yep your right there just a cheap knock off.
fake sound effects. anyone who flips would know that

@BaliBombshell
The real Benchmade 42 is not for sale anymore; it was discontinued. They would have to specifically bid on them from some random person. Seeing as they were $300 new, as a discontinued, rare collector's item, they'd be going for $400 plus. Not that significant to the movie's plot.
