I came here just last summer and I love it. I'm an Chinese American visiting for the first time and I found nothing wrong with the place, much better than NYC. The only issue I do have with the place would probably be the people since they tend to be very self centered and judgmental. Believe me, I see this. All in ALL i do love the place and I do wish to return.

4. sewage is not a problem... look at paris or rome. smell is worse in metro de paris or nyc
5. strict zoning will only create more people to drive as one will live far from commercial. that's why american planning is failing and at this moment of 'we're out of gas' panic why would you just suggest that? you dont like american building but like their zoning system?! omg
