you as their teacher.

I want these guys to show us change! These small time topics are just popularity topics to win us over. They need to make changes on THEIR OWN, then ask us to vote for them!
Gandhi didn't win a popularity contest to show people his views. He just was himself, doing impressive things. Candidates should be people we ALREADY respect and know from their impressive actions towards change!
~~ Check out my new topic-video. Comment/discuss/debate!!!

i agree, it'd be nice to know why candidates run

Asking people something basic like, "What would you do fix things?" and we answer with each of us believes needs fixing. This is just BAIT for their speech writers.
Sometime later we'll get to hear a public response stating exactly what we've all been thinking all along. LOL - It's what politicians do on the campaign trail.

I agree with Tacos25n28.
I miss Carl Sagan incredibly much. It's comforting to know that his words are still being kept alive in at least your classroom.

Great response! Prezvid said it best, you turned the tables on the guy. I'm adding this to my YouTube homepage. Thanks for the vid!

WOOT! good to hear Carl Sagan is still alive in the class room :)
Try to get James Randi, Penn and Teller, Or even Gorge Carlin in the class room too. Gorge is not about science as much as he is about words but James randi and Penn and Teller do science in their own way.
Good job and we wish their was more we could do to support teachers like you.
Good video. Your doing the best change we can find.
We do think you should look at Pen and Tellers Bullshit! show and see if you can teach some of that too.

Thanks. You'll be happy to know Carl Sagan's "The Demon-Haunted World: Science as a Candle in the Dark" is required reading for my introductory astronomy class.
