Ouch! Motiv8me's Kris performs a gruelling old skool training circuit. 20x sledge hammers, 10 metre 120kg tyre flips, 2x 15m rope pulls with 90kg kettlebells, 10 - 2x 24kg KB burpee to jump, 2x 10metre bear crawls, 100 quick jump ropes... and then puke. No rest. as quick as you can. Can anyone beat the time?? 5mins 20secs?? Good luck comrades.
