Plyo for chest and triceps.

How To:
Lie on your back with your knees bent and hold the medicine ball above your chest. Exhale and quickly extend your arms upward, pushing the medicine ball straight up into the air as high as possible. Softly catch the medicine ball and lower it to starting position. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
