« aMinus » est le projet solo de Valentin Plessy, membre du groupe électro-punk Plateau Repas.

Expatrié à Berlin, aMinus expérimente l'électro pop sous toutes ses formes. Il se nourrit de synth pop 80s, de house, de r'n'b et parfois de 8bit. En résulte ce premier album « Almost and Maybe » dans lequel ces différents genres se mêlent à des compositions tantôt coup de poings, tantôt sensibles et atmosphériques.

« aMinus » s'inspire de son histoire et de celle des autres, de l'adulescence, du genre et des relations chaotiques qui caractérisent notre quotidien. « Almost and Maybe » est le produit d'une attente, de l'incertitude, du perpétuel besoin de recréer son identité dans un monde où les codes et la bienséance sont omnipotents.

« aMinus » is the solo project of Valentin Plessy, member of the electro-punk band Plateau Repas.

Berlin based artist, « aMinus » experiments electro-pop. His first album « Almost and Maybe » is the result of his craving for synth pop 80s, house music, r'n'b and also 8bit sounds. These influences are combined with now powerful, now atmospheric compositions.

aMinus draws his inspiration from his own stories and the ones of others, kidulthood, gender and chaotic relationships which characterize our everyday life. « Almost and Maybe » is the result of expectations, uncertainties and the constant need to (re)create one's identity in a world where rules and etiquette are omnipotent.
