  • @KAJucsj It is called "The Anatomy Coloring Book" made by Wynn Kapit and Lawrence M Elson

  • what is the name of the book you use to draw in?

  • @Samrand431B And to comment on nr 3: I never said there wasn´t a posterior ligament, I just chose not to include it in this video. But by all means: allways be critical of what you find on the internet. Use the words your teacher uses, since they are the ones who will be testing you. Good luck on your tests.

  • @Samrand431B You might wanna check your facts before you post... The sternoclavicular joint is not a ball-and-socket joint, however the glenohumeral (shoulder) joint is, if that was what you were thinking about. About the movements: my teacher chose to say limited gliding movements, and your teacher might choose to use other words. According to my knowledge in latin your words do not contradict mine.

  • This is just so wrong....

    1. it's a ball and socket-joint..

    2. the movements are elevation&depression and retraction&protraction..

    3. There is also a posterior sternoclavicular ligament..

Be aware! This was just the wrong shit I found on the sternoclavicular joint. If u dont want to fail ur joint&ligaments-test, DONT WATCH THIS!
