Wow that must of took you a long time
-
@ajcook7777 Are you a Millwright worker?
-
@EVILAKUMA the math is going to be the same or less than taking college math in grade 12. you dont have do know tons of formulas and calculations that is what the engineers do. just simple measurements and addition subtract you should do fine. with millwrights it is all about precision. you typically work with thousandths of inches. there are tons of programs in ontario. the best is sarnia ontario (lambton college) it is near tons of new jobs that will be opening up in the next 10 yrs

@ajcook7777 Thanks, Can I Ask you if lot of math is involved in this field? Or should I say can a person with a weak mind in math be good as a millright worker?
Also where in Canada should I take this course?
-
@EVILAKUMA people have to hire apprentices who do u think replaces the journeymen then they retire? become a millwright in a chemical or oil refinery journeyman average wage $40 bucks an hour
-
@TheHardinerx hey if i take this course will I get hired ? I heard nobody hires apprentices.
-
DO NOT TAKE THIS TRADE!!!! NOBODY HIRES APPRENTICES!!!!
-
its not that hard at all, pretty basic, definetely not like engineering.... I was lowsy in math in high school and I decided to take 2 year millwright course in college and graduated top 5 out of 80 students. Its a fun trade, leaned lots of cool formulas, like i said not that hard, but its all about precision. THE HARD PART IS FINDING AN APPRENICESHIP! Widh you the best of luck
