@Darnell51 I have been running at Osborn and Bell Isle so far sometimes King as well. I will run anywhere that I can though. Glad to hear that you have started back running. Keep up the good work!

@RawHealingPatch Thanks so much ladies!!! I must admit running isn't my most fav way to work out but I am getting better. I went swimming (freestyle for 1 hour and 45 min this morning and loved it! Next will be roller blades and mountain biking (but not in the mountains...hahaha)

@313designs Oh that's GREAT! When our daughter was at King my husband and I used to go to that track to pick her up after her track practice so I am familiar with their track. I hope it gets an overhaul like the school is getting as well. Thanks for your comment!
