This man is one of my favorite people in the "conspiracy" field. Extremely good memory, well-read, good cognitive function, professional training, just everything you need to get people to LISTEN. He is very valuable to the cause of "waking people up."

I just recently started fitness 3 times a week and I drink as much water as possible. I used to be a soda maniac, but I stopped that. Currently I'm looking for protein powders containing no Aspartame they exist so I happy there, but what bothers me endless is that when I asked about powders with Aspartame the majority of people in forums said it was safe. That's what bothers me the most! I show them all the evidence the damage it causes but they ignore it :S

What an amazingly unsubstantiated conspiracy theory.

MSG is used in Chinese Food, BUT is added to many other foods under 20+ different names, some not even listed on the label. This EXCITOTOXIN can cause: headaches, migraines, stomach upset, nausea, neurological disorders (Parkinson's, MS, ALS, Alzheimer's), behavioral disorders (in children & teens), vomiting, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, asthma attacks, shortness of breath, anxiety or panic attacks, heart palpitations, partial paralysis, balance difficulties, mental confusion, etc.

.... meanwhile, the CEOs of the soda industry make hundreds of millions of dollars each year. we need to stop buying this crap.
The fundamental principle that we need to grapple with is this , Humanity cannot be treated as batteries of energy so a few can enrich and empower themselves the consequence is a world of war, poverty, exploitation, enviornmental destruction and many other terrible ongoing challenges, or We share the earth for all generations to come in harmony and cooperation for our material and emotional needs, We need to understand our common source and our common destiny , our common humanity as one

The real problems with the world:
1) Not knowing many people in your community: less trust + less interaction =more stress/stealing and depression (so meet and greet people on sidewalks, buses, school etc.)
2) not taking the time to see things from the opponents perspective.
3) materialism, buying things (like plastic pencil cases) that won't last long. feeling the need to buy a new wardrobe 2x/yr.
4) being apathetic by-standers.
5) always looking for problems instead of finding solutions.
