Thank you very much. You make theses science parts of the tests seem so easy. Are all the science sections this straightforward?

I hate to make it sound so simple but yes, the same process works on all of them. The thing that can make one more difficult than another is if the subject is so unusal that you can't relate to it or if the amount of text that you have to read is more than you can handle and it gets you behind. The biology questions get me the most because the vocabulary is really difficult and since my last biology class was in 1969 I have to read through it twice.

I wish one of these passages was over biology, because that is the main area of science the gets me because I took biology a long time ago, but I am in AP biology currently so hopefully I will do better.

@number4four4 Yeah my ACT is tomorrow too and the Science kills me every time I take it. He made it look so easy though. I've been doing these passages for the last 2 days so hopefully it helps. Good luck to you!

this truly is helpful! when I do these passages before we go over them, I usually get all or most of the questions right. However, when i take the real test, i can't seem to focus and i get many wrong. My best science score from practice tests and actual tests has been 26. What if anything can I do to help change this for my next test?

The first time I took the test, I got a 24 on science. After watching your series (and practicing other passages with your tips) I got a 33, much to my surprise! Reading carefully, not overanalyzing, and eliminating answers truly helped.
