@eclypse256 Also, bare in mind your height and inseam. If you are 6ft 4, you'll need to mount and fix the seats back against the firewall. Headroom is fine, but it's not as roomy as a Vette. You may already know this if you've sat in one, but I've made exactly the same transition and it may help you to know the differences.

@eclypse256 You won't look back. I had a Z16 Commemorative C5 and put it up for sale ahead of getting a GTM. Nobody can say a Z06 isn't impressive, but the GTM feels and responds like the supercar it is, and it gets WAY more attention. It's noisier in the cabin and the clutch is heavier - like it should be. It's also more cramped and you sit VERY low... my eye-line is level with door-handles! It's not production-car 'perfect', but refine it and there's no better supercar value.

The frame is metal nt for sure on the specs, the panels are alum.

@xmodrock I wish, more or less a ls6 modified. The only difference between the ls6 and the ls1 was the cam,heads and some had a ls1 intake while others had the ls6 intake.

i'd sleep in that car. i plan on moving from the corvette to the GTM in the next few years here whenever I have time to actually devote to building it. cant wait! that thing's a dream car AND more rare than lamborghini or ferrari's!
