@wiggwamm1 @dy1dub I was at the gig at Jamborora too, aged 12, remember Stone Free too, first live gig, I was right at the front. As far as I remember, the stage was made or partially made from hefty poles lashed together in true scouting style - clove hitches etc...the highlight of that amazing week, apart from walking past the female Swedish encampment several times a day, never saw blondes like it before or since, especially remember one called Heike, still have her scarf somewhere

brilliant on sat. just like the one at jamborora in 1977. I had just turned 12 (during the camp) and it was my first ever gig - been a horslips fan ever since. They had disbanded before I could ever get to see them again so sat was really special. Brought my 10 year old with me for his first concert as a birthday present and he knew all the songs and loved it.

Fantastic night....I believe Johnny and Ray Fean will be doing a gig along with their brother Donal in an RnB band called the LOST STEPS ar Darcys Bar in Shannon Town December 17 .Promises to be a great night...

saw them in belfast thurs night,brilliant gig.only saw them once before at a big scout camp called jamborora in co.waterford in the summer of 1977,i was only 12 at the time,didnt really appreciate them at the time but became a fan later.does anyone out there remember that,id love to hear.i was in the 1st galway pack.
