I used to have the WORST acne everrr...it helped soooooooooooooo very much when I stopped eating dairy. Seriously...the hormones put into dairy products seriously mess with ur own hormones and can make u break out

@STiprincess =[ I drink so much milk and eat so much cheese, I heard about that, but like what alcohol is to some people milk is to me, im trying to cut back lol Because that is a known fact, but my sister like I said has worse then me and shes a Vegan! so there aint NO dairy in her diet, its more a genetic thing for us.

Thats upsetting when having to deal with things like that I remember when a relative of mine who was terminally ill who I used to see all time didnt know who I was it was so upsetting, I wernt as strong as you, its good that your there for him for support, I hope you stay strong through all this no matter how difficult xXx take care

@xshazx95 He has chemo brain real bad, today I come home and hes sleeping in his chair, I smell something really bad and I go in the garage and he left his car running for hours, we all had to leave the house it was bad, it makes me sad that something that simple to remember, he couldnt.
