AutoPot's easy2grow Kit

The Autopot 2 pot system is an incredibly easy to use plant container and gravity fed watering system all in one. Autopots ingenuity lies in the valve sitting in its base that is fed from a reservoir. The valve will release 20mm of liquid into the base, the clever part is that it will not release another 20mm until the tray is empty meaning the plant dictates what it needs rather than being flooded constantly with water. If you are looking for a gadget that will enable your plants to decide when they are watered whilst you are away on holiday this is it! The system requires no power at all.

surely this isnt good for the roots as they are always submerged in water??

@MAADMO hi there, not strickly true, the valve does not continually top up the tray the tray has to be empty before it will release more water. So it is a plant driven watering system...
