I donno, maybe you destroyed the capitol or something. Whenever I nuke (Almost always for a domination victory against the Japanese, I dont know why they last so damn long) That never happens to me. Then again, the war doesn't last long, since I always do some D-Day shit on Japan. Too bad, the Japanese are cool. But, the only ones that I don't kill are Russia and England because they are American allies. But that stops me from domination victory. them before though.I've won wars against both too

i woulnt declare war on a nation that nuked me either, i would hope they dint invade with troops after and forget the city ever existed.
